So I registered on the App and just yesterday I wanted to play so tried to deposit some money but it came up “YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN DISABLED DUE TO AN AFFORDABILITY CHECK NEEDED” like what the hell!!!! You didn’t even give me chance to play before asking this and to single me out as my mum was never asked for this Information at all, so why single me out, if you are going to ask this question then surely you should be asking EVERYONE!! I hadn’t been since way before covid so had register again for a new card, anyway I had to collect my card upon leaving, so I went to reception where I was given an envelope with my card in it and a leaflet about the Mecca Bingo App, so was talking to the staff member about it, so I decided to download and register. Absolutely shocking… So 2wks ago me m, my daughter, mum and niece went to Gateshead Mecca Bingo Hall as my mum had won a competition.
